Adrian Yeo

FOUNDER & MANAGING PARTNER

Adrian founded the firm in 1995 and has over 35 years of experience as a professional auditor, accountant, Licensed tax agent and tax consultant.

Adrian began his career in London in 1986 as a qualified accountant specializing in Audit. After acquiring his MBA in 1991 from Middlesex University, Adrian joined KPMG Peak Marwick and served as audit team lead for various multinational clients.

Since starting the firm, Adrian has acquired extensive experience advising clients on their many needs including complex audit assignments, corporate reporting, tax planning, business advisory and corporate finance. Adrian's vast experience across the SME space has led him to be an expert in business and tax planning for business owners.

Adrian has sat on the board as Independent Director for multiple listed companies. He is also serving as the President of the TAR College Alumni Association, where he dedicates his time towards student and alumni welfare at his alma mater.

Adrian is a regular speaker, writer and panelist on the subject of taxation and financial planning both in English and Mandarin. He has written for multiple national publications and has trained and served on panels all across the country.

Theresa Low

DIRECTOR, TAX ADVISORY & COMPLIANCE

Theresa has over 20 years of experience the industry, specialising in areas of Malaysian and international tax, audit, and accounting. With an illustrious career that include stints in the Big 4 and a listed company, Theresa leads her team at AdrianYeo in tax advisory and compliance matters, which includes tax audit, advisory on tax incentives, withholding tax, and RPGT. She has honed strong experience in servicing MNCs, listed companies, SMEs and entrepreneurs. Theresa is also a enthusiastic and trained speaker, regularly delivering tax related seminars to our clients and the public.
